Writing, Healing, and Community:
A Creative Writing and Art Workshop

Join us for a writing and art workshop where we will explore the thoughts and feelings we may not have time to express in our busy lives. We will use creative activities to find a format for expression and to connect with each other in a beautiful setting.
You do not need to consider yourself a writer or artist to join. You will be given choices about what you want to share, as we create a sense of community and creative expression. We will draw from research-backed writing processes that allow us to uncover what may be blocking us from moving forward with energy and a sense of purpose.
Cost: $30
Scholarships available. Art materials and handouts with activities to take home are included.
