I've worked in the fields of social services, environmental stewardship, K-12 education, higher education, arts and humanities, healthcare, holistic health and wellness, and youth development. I bring training in trauma-informed care and resiliency building; equity, diversity, and inclusion; and principles of collaborative change management to my work. With over 35 years of experience, I've supported organizations in raising millions for their work, worked with leadership to create long-term funding plans, and helped teams develop programs and curriculum to strengthen their impact.

I've served on the boards of the Oregon Nonprofit Leadership Conference and the Women's Leadership Conference of Southern Oregon and have led trainings and workshops on a variety of topics.
